Welcome to the documentation of GRAFS-E

This documentation presents the prospective nitrogen flow model used in GRAFS-E,
including modules for scenario creation, crop and livestock nitrogen budgeting, and
system-wide flux computation via an adjacency matrix.

All these function can be used with python installation using 'pip install grafs_e'.
Once grafs-e installed, you can run 'grafs-e' command in terminal to lauch graphical interface on local.

Graphical interface is accessible online at grafs-e.streamlit.app
